III. The process description This equipment is mainly used to detect the watertightness of the car. Through the shower room, the condition of the rainwater detection is similarto the outside natural condition to confirm the watertight state of the vehicle.
Shower room: Spraying method to achieve a certain degree of rain intensity, spraying the body surface, spray length of 5.5 meters, the entrance of the transition area of 0.8 meters. At the same time, it has a sewage treatment device, and the circulating water is filtered to remove mud sand and impurities so that it can reach the standard of circulating water. The shower room body is assembled from the site of the 50mm thick EPS foam board and the housing steel structure skeleton.
